Structure:

· The Main frame is built of strong hollow and rectangle sections and process anti-fatigue treatment after wielding to strengthen the whole structure.·By using South-Korean Design Tech, the core of Main Machine (Vibration Table) is isolated with the main frame to prevent the

destructive vibration damage on the main frame. In Addition, by applying a new design, the vibration table is half lighter than the traditional vibration table while vibration performance is increased by 30%.

Maintenance:

Regular and proper maintenance is the key of success for a block factory, which the traditional design of the machine often ignores. Therefore, we have a series of modification to solve those problems:

1. All the parts are designed to be easily changeable.

2. Instead of welding bolts and nuts design is applied.

3. All the parts are accessible by tool or worker.

Control Panel：

Designed by South-Korean Engineer, the control panel is user friendly, easy to operate. The design of 2 modes (Normal and advanced) is applied for the needs of different users (professional and beginners).The screen is touch-screen, ease to operate. Each sensor can be displayed on the screen for easy control and monitoring

Vibration Table:

The vibration table is equipped with 4 synchronized electrical vibrators (imported from Germany) bolted underside the vibration table, which makes the machine more efficient.
